After overcoming his own struggles with being overweight and having an unhealthy lifestyle, he decided to immerse himself into a new lifestyle and has never looked back. He cares deeply about all his clients and wishes that his expertise can help you get better, healthier and happier too! By making major changes in his own life, he wants to spread the knowledge and help you become the best version of yourself. Annaamalai specialises in metabolic training and HIIT, which he claims entirely transformed his mind and body. He loves that there is minimal or even no equipment required and you can do it anytime and anywhere. Be prepared for some tough love and some really high intensity workouts with Annaamalai!
