Mainisah specialises in bodyweight strength, speed and agility training. She understands
that every individual is different and will design a personalised programme with the right
intensity to suit you. Her experience has led her to build a clientele that has an interest
in weight loss, strength training and body toning. Expect some boxing, explosive movement
drills and a full body workout during your sessions. She will certainly push you to the
limit but you can expect an awesome workout that you'll actually enjoy!
She is also a sports massage therapist, so if you need some massage tips before or after
your training sessions, she is more than happy to give you some advice.
When she is not coaching, you can find Mainisah competing in sports at the national and
international level. She has competed in Pencak Silat, volleyball, soccer, touch and contact
rugby. Currently, this sports queen has rediscovered her love for calisthenics and
kettlebell sport!
