James dabbled in a variety of sports including badminton, muay thai, capoeira, and triathlons, which gave him the opportunity to observe and understand the various movements involved in them. In spite of his swimming coach background, he decided that personal training would be a better fit for him. Having suffered multiple injuries, he recognised the importance of strength training in improving people's health and wellness. James is passionate about the physical and mental benefits that exercise can bring to an individual. He believes in his clients' potential to achieve their goals, and supports them every step of the way.
