Sharlynn is a freelance fitness personal trainer with more than 5 years of experience. She started lifting weights when she was 17 years old, which eventually led her to competing in her first bodybuilding competition. From there, she slowly delved into the world of powerlifting. In addition to her academic background in nutrition and sport studies, she also comes from a strong background in competitive sports. She wants to help people to get strong(er) in and out of the gym and is a mastermind in crafting programs for you to maximise efficiency.
