Specialisation: Yoga
Birdie is passionate about mindfulness and relaxation through yoga practice while still building strength and joy all-around. Yoga is what keeps her grounded through her busy schedule to stay mindful and relaxed. She believes there's truly no better way to start and end a week but with a good flow class. Her yoga classes are conducted with a strong focus on Vinyasa, Gentle and Power Flows. She is a 200 YTT certified instructor and also certified in chair yoga and restorative yoga training. In her free time, she likes to run, golf, go for hot flow classes and volunteer.
