Danielle Hajar is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Fitness Trainer. Her introduction to yoga was like any other yoga love story. Eight years ago, she went for a yoga class and fell in love. However, it was not the fancy postures that made her stay, but rather the cathartic union of movement and breath that keeps her addicted to the practice. She believes that yoga is for everybody and that it is never too early or too late for anyone to start rolling out their mats. Holding true to Ahimsa, which means "non harming" in Sanskrit, she conducts her classes with love and empathy. She urges her clients to work with their body and not against it, while appreciating their bodies for all their strengths and embracing the weakness. Yoga is, after all, a constant journey of self-discovery. She also believes that humor is an integral part of yoga because laughter simply makes everything better.

The Beginning

Equipping you with the alignments of the fundamental poses and getting you acquainted to poses that are commonly cued in classes.

You are recommended to follow the series in order as the classes are designed as building blocks assisting you in gaining strength and confidence as you move forward in your daily practice. The goal of the series is to make you feel better than you were before stepping onto the mat.

The beginning may be for beginners but it is designed to also challenge you. Be prepared to work out a sweat or two!
