He absolutely hates it when his participants tell him that his class is too easy for them & he will make sure that they grab a puke bag the next time they visit. He is an advocate of a holistic approach to well-being, targeting the physical, mental and social aspects of an individual. An ACE-certified personal trainer and a ZUU (silver) certified partner, Shawn has been dedicated to fitness and wellness for 4 years and what keeps him going is the relationship he forges with his PT clients and class participants.
