Amelia believes that every class should be a safe space for everyone. Expect not only a nurturing and encouraging environment, but also cues for proper breathing and alignment in class. Amelia got her first exposure to Pilates and barre when she was 5 years old - taking her first ballet class. While chasing the corporate ladder, she again found her love for both Pilates and barre. The grace and strength that comes with every move rekindled her passion and she decided to get certified for both. Hobbies: Long walks and Pilates
